Before one week I applied for a new PAN Card through an CSC agent in Gurugram. He said I will be able to get soft copy of PAN Card within 3 days and within 2 weeks hard copy of PAN card will be delivered at my address by post.
When I have not received any soft copy from my agent within 3 days, then I tried to check How can I check status of my PAN Card application online. I got solution, so I want to share that with my site visitor which will help them to check their PAN Card application without any hassle and save their time.
To Check Status of PAN Card Application online, you have to acknowledgement number with you. If you applied yourself then it will be with you and if you applied through agent then he/she may provide with you. If not then ask him/her for acknowledgement slip.
To check status of New Pan Card Application online follow the below steps:
Check PAN Card status on basis of Acknowledgement Number
Step – 1 Visit NSDL Website StatusTrack page: https://tin.tin.nsdl.com/pantan/StatusTrack.html
Step – 2 Select “PAN-New/Change Request” from drop-down menu in “Application Type” field.
Step – 3 Enter your 15 digit Acknowledgement Number
Step – 4 Insert the Captcha shown on the screen
Step – 5 Click on “Submit” button
